Daniel Cronin

Daniel Cronin

Daniel is great at taking responsibility and he has proved his initiative and commitment through problem solving, endurance and good communication with other team leaders. Many were surprised to discover his age as he related so well to older adults.

He is a qualified football referee and is about to start training as a football coach to help us set up a football academy that aims to reach local young people with the Gospel of Jesus.

Daniel has consistently worked well as a team member for a number of community activities organised by SOULINBRENTFORD.  At a recent event, he was not only the first one on site to help set-up (lots of manual work!) but was also the last one there, staying until everything was cleared away. Daniel has been a key, committed volunteer and has significantly contributed to all that we have been able to achieve within our community as SOULINBRENTFORD. He is also a role model to others and helps new people to participate in the projects.

Daniel Cronin headDaniel has overcome many challenges to find a worthwhile way of living out his faith. Daniel doesn't find life easy, he has ADHD and struggles with school and other areas of life.  Daniel has blossomed as he serves his local community.  Whilst his ability to achieve at school is significantly affected by his condition, I am proud to say that his contribution to our community is priceless. He could have suffered from low self-esteem but Daniel has discovered a new sense of value as he puts others before himself.
